As of August 2018 the State of California has changed the requirements of the “Prop 65” law. We now must list on our website any possible chemicals the can cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive problem.

SUPER bright! | |
| Individually, these are brighter than a 4 watt incandescent "night light" bulb. Two "D" size batteries will operate one 24/7 for over 90 days! I put four on a proto-board and power them with a 12 volt regulated (used) 3 amp AC supply for my under kitchen cabinet lighting, after sanding the ends with 600-1000 grit sandpaper to diffuse them. You could "hot-rod" them with a 13.5 volt supply, but I'm MORE than happy with the light output at 12 Volt DC and no resistors or other parts needed. I placed one every 3-4 feet, and they make a huge difference. I've had some going 24/7 for a year now, and none have "died". The price makes these a no-brainer. HINT: If you plan to use these for auto/RV lighting, remember your battery can deliver 14.1 volts fully charged, so a resistor or a couple of bargain diodes are needed. | ||
